The Notebook

Remember that sexy rain scene from The Notebook? I mean, how can you forget (amirite 😉)?

Sometimes it’s hard to watch those scenes and believe anything like that actually happens in real life.

Um, well all you fairytale, true love doubters can think again! Because love like that DOES exist and we have proof. That exact scene happened IN REAL LIFE! And we got to capture it on camera.

Rachel and Connor’s engagement session was a dream! It started down pouring literally minutes before we started shooting. So what initially seemed like a major bummer turned into a steamy, romantic scene straight outta a movie.

We all had a wet and muddy drive home but O-M-G, it was so worth it! Thankfully, Rachel and Connor jumped right on board for our crazy idea to photograph them in the rain. And don’t worry, we got some dry pics too! 😆

But in all seriousness, a love like theirs is hard to find. We feel incredibly blessed that we get the honor of telling their love story through our lens. So THANK YOU, Rachel and Connor for trusting us with your special day. Oh, and for playing in the rain with us! 🙃 We love you guys!! And we can’t wait for your wedding day!
