Yes, we're actually sisters! And yes, we LOVE working together! Some people spend their entire lives searching for that one thing they love to do... their life's purpose. Well, snapping away at all the tender + exciting moments that make you so beautiful is what Jesus created us to do.
Kayla and Erika (pictured here) are your photographers and owners! Tarah is our amazingly talented photo editor and backup photographer!
We focus on weddings, couples, and senior photography, but every moment is worth capturing! We offer mini sessions for the other seasons of life.
We’re based out of Peoria, Illinois, but booking weddings/elopements worldwide! We’d love to come on an adventure with you!

Erika (upper right - baby sis) is the voice of Now and Then. From blog posts to social media, she's our writer and marketing mastermind. She has a nag of pulling words and phrases from her own made-up dictionary, so don't be surprised if some things don't make sense (in her world, they do). When she isn't making up words or chasing her two boys around the house, she's usually cuddled up in a giant, fuzzy blanket, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream, and reading a book.
Kayla (upper left - oldest sis) is the face of Now and Then. When it comes to communicating with clients and booking sessions, she's your gal! Apart from being our business guru, she loves long walks on the beach and a steaming cup of joe (extra cream). Her three children keep her on her toes (and often her coffee cold). Just don't ask her for directions... for real though! She'll likely get you and herself lost. It's just one of the many corky traits we love about Kayla!

Meet the middle child, Tarah! She’s our photo editor. She’s a graphic design major who was blessed with all the creative juices. When Tarah isn’t helping us edit your gorgeous photos, she’s raising her four beautiful children and tending to her other babies… her chickens (yes, CHICKENS!). She has mad interior design skills and she’s about the craftiest person you’ll ever meet. We love having her work her magic behind the scenes, helping us deliver you a gallery full of beautifully edited photos.
