Imagine this: you’re sitting next to a crackling fire sipping a warm cup of coffee as you snuggle into the love of your life. This is a short snippet into Kendra and Chase’s lives. How dreamy!

As hikers and just overall nature lovers, these two set up quite the camping scene for their engagement session at Camp Wokanda in Chillicothe, Illinois. And it made for some insanely magical photos. When we’re able to convey a true sense of self from a session, there’s nothing more genuine or beautiful.

Kendra and Chases’s pictures truly reflect the life they’ve built together through the things they love to do.  (Not to mention, Kayla and I were like kids in a candy shop!) From mint succulents and smoky air, to flying sparks (figuratively and literally) and cozy cots, this session was a dream come true!

We are so excited for this sweet couple and all the new adventures that await them. We can’t wait for them to tie the knot!
